FoxRock, a rapidly growing and extremely dedicated commercial real estate firm located just south of Boston, sought out a fresh new look to showcase their ever enlarging work portfolio. Nickerson was brought in to complete a total rebrand.
With the help of Nickerson’s PR team, FoxRock won the much prestigious Boston Business Journals: 2014 Best in Boston Real Estate.
This came just in time for all eyes to focus on the highly anticipated rebrand launch. The campaign embodies a newly designed clean-cut website, logo, color scheme, and marketing collateral, that represents the commercial real estate firm’s stressed importance on first-class professionalism.
Nickerson decided to go with a much more innovative and creative approach when it came to redesigning FoxRock’s logo identity. Instead of using the obvious illustrated imagery, that may be associated with the company’s name, custom typeface was found to be extremely effective. The logo’s versatile, yet professional look, added a breath of fresh air to FoxRock’s new appearance.
In line with the brand redesign, Nickerson’s PR team was creating a corporate identity. FoxRock wanted the focus to be on their portfolio and values, so Nickerson created a press plan which highlighted FoxRock’s tenants, involvement with the community, and continued growth.
The PR team also organized a successful awards campaign, which culminated with the Boston Business Journal’s 2014 Best in Boston Real Estate for Community Impact, which recognizes the movers and shakers in the Greater Boston’s commercial real estate industry. This award became the launch point for the timing of unveiling of the new brand, and allowed the team to capitalize on the organic attention.
